refund policy

  1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods purchased through the online store operated by Lewsett & Sons Ltd.

  2. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them in. Your items must also be in their original packaging.

  3. Items that are perishable are exempt from being returned for a refund. (e.g. raw food)

  4. Should the item that you purchased not meet your satisfaction, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, Please contact us before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve the issue in a more timely manner.

  5. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item.

  6. If we decide a refund is necessary, we will credit your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  7. If we have issued a refund and you have not received said refund, please make sure to check your bank account and card statement first. If the payment is not showing, please check how many days it will take for your bank to credit your account before contacting us, as different bank or card companies vary depending on their policies.

  8. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
